KNQV MERK Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process

To request a return, contact knqvmerk@gmail.com before sending the item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to mail your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels are not included. KNQV MERK does not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
