Return Policy

Here at KNQV (King and Queen Vibez), we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, simply contact us at knqvmerk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll receive a refund on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Expense

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping expenses if they choose to return the product.
